Local Business Circle (localbusinesscircle.com) is owned and operated by Kingdom Business Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to localbusinesscircle.com and the Local Business Circle city directories (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them.

Using the directory

Browsing the directory is free. Listings are provided for general information. We don’t employ, endorse or guarantee any business listed, and we aren’t a party to any agreement between you and a business. Please check licenses, insurance, reviews and references before hiring anyone.

Listing your business

• A standard listing is free. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you’re authorized to represent the business.
• We may edit, decline or remove a listing at our discretion, including listings that don’t meet our listing guidelines.
• You give us permission to display the business information, logos and photos you provide in the directory and in posts that promote it.
• Optional paid placements, such as founding-member spots, are covered by the terms we share with you when you sign up for them.

Text message program

If you opt in, Local Business Circle may send text messages about your listing and directory updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of being listed. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, spamming, submitting false information, impersonating a business or interfering with how the site works.

Content and links

The site’s design, text and illustrations belong to Local Business Circle. Business names and marks belong to their owners. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Business Circle isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from your dealings with a listed business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
